The Tunnel of Time and Light
The tunnel of time and light
We look toward the horizon to see where we are going, and are aware of ourselves as being at the center of a sphere of perception where the universe stretches away endlessly in all directions. We know that the horizon circles us in three hundred and sixty degrees because we can look around and see it, but our internal experience is from memory of what is in front of us.
Our sensory inputs face forward, no matter which way that we face the information stream is a continuous path to the front. The processes of long term visual memory can be likened to a tunnel of light and time that we create, much like we each create the vision of a rainbow through the unique perceptual relationship of light and perspective.
We experience time and space sequentially, each moment is recorded in the context of facing forward so that we record our experience as though we are progressing through a tunnel. It is more than just a phrase when we say that the past is behind us.
The SCIET provides a method with which our experience is stepped down in size and energy while increasing in rate of change. In effect we are compressing it, using the infinity of space to store thousands of lifetimes of experience in a point. We can access it as though it is a continuous line, a string like tunnel of memory that exists in our MINDS. Our brains simply tune it in and lock on.
